5th Capacity Building Programme for Sri Lankan Civil Servants

  • The National Centre for Good Governance (NCGG) has launched the 5th Capacity Building Programme for Middle-Career Civil Servants of Sri Lanka

 

    • This programme is being conducted from August 19, 2024 to August 30, 2024
    • This programme is being conducted at the National Centre for Good Governance, Mussoorie
    • 39 middle-career civil servants from Sri Lanka are participating in it
  • Established in the year 2014, the National Centre for Good Governance is entrusted with the task of training civil servants from India and other countries.
    • Over the years, the National Centre for Good Governance has trained officials from various countries such as Bangladesh, Kenya, Tanzania, Tunisia, Seychelles, Gambia, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, Laos, Vietnam, Nepal, Bhutan, Myanmar, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Somalia, South Africa, Indonesia, Madagascar, Fiji, Mozambique and Cambodia.
  • The programme includes a wide range of programmes covering topics such as Changing Paradigms of Governance, Digital India, Right to Service: Ease of Living, Land Records Management under SVAMITVA Scheme, Aspirational Districts Programme, Vision for achieving Sustainable Development Goals by 2030, Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana.
