Singapore President's visit to India:
The President of Singapore is on a five-day visit to India.
This is his first visit to India as the President of Singapore.
Singapore President Shanmugaratnam discussed a number of issues with President Draupadi Murmu.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi also met the President of Singapore.
During the meeting, they comprehensively reviewed the bilateral partnership.
Also exchanged views on regional and global issues of mutual interest.

In the financial year 2023-24, bilateral trade between India and Singapore reached US$35.61 billion.
