  • Jay Shah is the youngest person to become ICC chairman
  • He was earlier serving as the secretary of the Board of Control for Cricket in India

  • It is the governing and regulatory body of cricket competitions around the world.
  • It was established in 1909 as the Imperial Cricket Conference.
  • In 1987, its name was changed to International Cricket Council.
  • Its headquarters is in Dubai (United Arab Emirates).
