PARTH Yojana (Police Army Recruitment Training & Hunar)

Why in the news?

• Madhya Pradesh government has started PARTH Yojana (PARTH - Police Army Recruitment Training and Hunar) to prepare youth for police, army and para-military recruitment.

1. Objective:
   • To provide pre-recruitment physical and written test training to youth.
   • To increase employment opportunities in Indian Army, Police and Para-Military.
2. Training Process:
   • Physical Training: Preparation for Physical Test.
   • Written Exam: Coaching in General Knowledge, Mathematics, and English.
   • Personality Development: Interview and Practical Knowledge.
   • Training centers operated at divisional level.
3. Appointment of Trainers:
   • Trainers with BPEd/NIS Diploma for Physical Efficiency.
   • Subject Experts for Written Exam.
4. Application and Fee:
   • Training can be participated by filling online form.
   • Nominal fee will be fixed.
   • The scheme is self-funded, no government budget will be used.
5. MPYP Portal: (Madhya Pradesh Youth Portal)
   • Launched to provide skill development, career guidance, and employment opportunities to youth.
