• Recently, the Defence Secretary launched the 'Rashtraparv' website and mobile app on the auspicious occasion of Good Governance Day.
• It was launched on the occasion of the 100th birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
• Objective - To make national events more transparent and accessible to the general public.

Atal Bihari Vajpayee:

• Born on 25 December, 1924 in Gwalior (Madhya Pradesh).
• He was the former Prime Minister of India.
