Indian National Centre for Ocean Information Services (INCOIS)
- It was established in 1999 in Hyderabad, Telangana.
- It is an integral part of India's disaster management strategy, specializing in providing early warning for ocean-related hazards.
- INCOIS received the Geospatial World Excellence in Maritime Services Award in the year 2024 and the Disaster Risk Reduction Excellence Award in 2021.
- It established the Indian Tsunami Early Warning Centre (ITEWC), which provides tsunami warning within 10 minutes, serving 28 coastal countries of India and the Indian Ocean.
- It has been recognized by UNESCO as a top Tsunami service provider.
