All India Bank Employees Association launched the "Bank Clinic" initiative.
It is a non-adversarial advisory platform.
Its purpose is to assist bank customers in grievance redressal.
It will inform customers about the remedies available as per RBI guidelines.
Customers can register their complaints on Bank Clinic website.
Under this, relevant response to the problem will be received within five working days.
All India Bank Employees Association is a national trade union.
