Exercise Trishul

  • The annual mega training exercise of the Western Air Command of the Indian Air Force, began on 4 September.
  • All frontline assets under command; For example, fighter jets, transport aircraft and helicopters will be deployed.
  • Objective- To test the operational preparedness of the command.
  • The exercise will see activation of all air assets spread LAC to LOC.
