The Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions has started a digital platform, ‘Lokpal Online’ for management and solution of complaints received by Lokpal against public servants.
This portal is aimed to make Lokpal’s decision making process transparent, efficient and steady.
Any person from any place can register online complaint on this portal. Special attention has been given to increase participation of the people from rural area in it.
Information will be provided to the complainant about action on complain at every stage through E-mail and SMS.
Under this, CVC, CBI and other investigating agencies can upload their reports directly on Lokpal Online platform.
